Application forms for the academic year 2017-18 will be available for the following courses:

Application forms are available at Vijaya Bank (BGHS Extension Counter). Please contact office for more details.

Application forms along with supporting documents to be submitted directly (In person) between 9AM to 2PM on all working days.

 

Procedure

HOW TO APPLY

  1. The application forms can be obtained from the Vijaya Bank Extension Counter, BGHS, No. 90 Richmond Road, Bangalore-560 025.

  2. The application forms duly filled in the applicant’s own handwriting must be returned to the office within the due date.

  3. Applications should be accompanied by attested or Xerox copies of the following:

    • Statement of marks obtained in the last examination.

    • Transfer certificate from the institution last attended.

    • Latest caste certificate in the case of students belonging to SC/ST/BC/BT.

    • Migration certificate in the case of ICSE/CBSE/ISC/Others and those coming from other states

    • DEGREE: Eligibility certificate will be obtained from the Bangalore University for Foreign National students.

  4. There will be an interview with the Principal before admissions are finalized. Students will have to present themselves for the interview with their parents. All original certificates should be produced at the time of the interview. The Principal reserves the right of admission.

  5. Students who have been selected must pay their fees within the specified time. Those who do not pay on time and those who pay, but do not attend classes for the first five consecutive days, will forfeit their seat and the fees.

  6. Original certificates must be submitted at the time of admission or at the earliest and this will be returned to the students after all formalities with the Bangalore University are completed.

  7. All admissions are provisional until they are approved by the Bangalore University.

  8. DEGREE: Change of Courses (from B.Com to B.B.M. or B.C.A. and etc. at the 1 year Degree level) is permitted only within a week’s time from the commencement of classes and only if seats are available in that course.

  9. Second Language: In the case of 1st year Degree, student must select the same language as they have studied at the Plus Two level(II PUC).  Those who have not studied any language at the Plus Two level or have studied foreign languages or North East Indian languages may opt for Additional English.

  10. Students who are found as having obtained admission by false representation will be summarily dismissed with forfeiture of fees.
